Presentations must be delivered in English.
Each presentation is 30 minutes long. It is recommended to use 20-25 minutes to present and 5-10 minutes for discussion. Each lightning talk is 15 minutes long. It is recommended to use 10-12 minutes to present and 3-5 minutes for discussion. The workshop is 90 min long, but the format is free.
The recommended file types to be used for presentations are PowerPoint or Portable Document Format (PDF).
The recommended file types to be used for posters are jpg or png. Minimum width is 1000px (26.46cm), minimum height is 600px (15.88cm), maximum file size is 3 MB and no transparent background.
The recommended file type to be used for pre-recorded videos is mp4 format.
All the presenters will have the opportunity of publishing a paper based on their contribution to the OpenAccess platform Zenodo. Articles based on the presentations should be around 6-8 pages and use the LNI-Format:
Posters should have a maximum of two pages.
Until 22.05.2023 speakers can submit their paper uploading them via Conftool.
The organizers then match the contributors to peer-review groups of a size of 2-3 people. The peer-review should be completed by 05.06.2023.
Once you have finished the peer-review process, you can upload the final version to Conftool.
